Zaila follows an introverted filmmaker whose creative world begins to unravel as the expectations, moods and judgments of the people around her begin to influence how she sees herself.
What begins as a struggle with other people’s noise becomes something deeper: A confrontation with her own self-doubt. Zaila is ultimately a story about creative identity, boundaries, ambition and the courage to reclaim your own vision.
